Brown Rice Omelet with Lamb Curry

Ingredients

Omelet

100 grams Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
225 cc of Milk
200 grams Brown Rice
Salt

Curry

750 grams Lamb Meat, cut box 2x2x2cm
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1 clove Garlic, chopped
75 grams of Onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Anise Powder
2 Red Peppers, finely sliced
2 Tomatoes, flush with hot water and peel
2 tablespoon chopped Pineapple
2 tablespoons Cornstarch mix with 100cc Water
Fat for sauteing

Making Steps

Omelet: Mix all ingredients other than brown rice until smooth and slick then add soft brown rice that has been cooked and soak it for 30 minutes.

In 10 cm pan Pour the dough cooked until golden brown on both sides, do it for the remaining dough.
Curry: Stir-fry onions and garlic until color changed and fragrant, add in lamb meat, pineapple, tomatoes, anise and curry powder, cook until meat are tender (add water if necessary).
After Meat tender enter mixed cornstarch and stir until thick. Serve omelette with lamb curry.
